Ryan has 20 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur.  His combined enterprises include investments of ~$1bn in current market value and employ over 200 people, generating eight figures in recurring revenue. Ryan’s businesses are long-term oriented and evergreen in nature, and he is motivated by using business to identify and solve big problems.

Jason has over 16 years of investment experience across multiple sectors. In 2008, Jason co-founded DP Assets, LLC, a real estate investment fund focused on distressed and value-add assets with a portfolio of approx. $100 million in real estate. In addition to these holdings, Jason is the co-founder of Atlas Real Estate and Archipelago.

Tony Julianelle is CEO of Atlas Real Estate, where he has transformed the Colorado property management firm into a national platform managing over $3.5 billion in real estate assets across 15 states. His leadership is anchored in a singular mission: Uplifting Humanity Through Real Estate, not a tagline, but a business model. Under Tony, Atlas launched the Uplift Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative providing renters a structured pathway to homeownership.

Under Tony’s direction, Atlas has evolved well beyond traditional property management, now offering institutional-grade asset management, debt facility oversight, and a proven methodology for improving the operational and financial performance of residential real estate portfolios positioning Atlas as a full-service partner for investors seeking measurable outcomes, not just management.

Atlas has been named Best of Colorado Property Management for nine consecutive years. Tony was recognized as one of Denver Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs, a finalist for CEO of the Year at the SFR Industry Awards, and led Atlas to receive a FUTUREist Award in 2025.

Before Atlas, Tony spent two decades in senior executive roles at Wells Fargo, leading large-scale operations across domestic and international markets, experience that taught him sustainable growth comes from building cultures where people thrive, not just perform.

Tony is a regular contributor to national media including Forbes Advisor, Bloomberg Radio, The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, Business Insider, and HousingWire, and speaks frequently at industry conferences on operational excellence, market dynamics, and the macroeconomic forces shaping residential real estate.

Eric Thorsen serves as Chief Investment Officer at Atlas Real Estate Group, leading all new investment activity and asset management functions across the platform. He has overseen more than $2.5 billion in transactions spanning single-family rental, build-to-rent, and multifamily assets, and is currently innovating with AI to develop the next generation of acquisitions and operations tools. Eric holds a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and brings more than 15 years of investing and asset management experience, with a distinctive ability to invest across asset types and markets.

Brian Bellew serves as Vice President of Operations at Atlas Real Estate Group, overseeing a team of more than 100 members across the U.S. and Mexico that manages 6,000 units and generates $15 million in annual recurring revenue. Under his leadership, Atlas has consistently been recognized as a top property management company in Colorado and one of the best places to work. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has personally owned a real estate investment portfolio for more than 10 years, and is a managing broker for Atlas in three states. He is a frequent industry speaker, having presented at BluePrint: The Future of Real Estate Conference, AppFolio Investor Day, Apartmentalize (NAA), and the AppFolio Future Conference, and serves on AppFolio’s Customer Advisory Board.

Mike Hills serves as Vice President of Capital Markets at Atlas Real Estate Group, where he has helped grow the company into an industry leader, contributing to more than $1 billion in real estate transactions while leading brokerage, growth, and now capital markets initiatives. His career bridges investing, brokerage leadership, and capital markets, informed by a personal portfolio of more than 50 rental units built over two decades. Mike also founded and teaches Real Estate Investment Hour, providing free education to thousands of aspiring investors, and has served as a national speaker for Rachel’s Challenge, addressing more than 300,000 students across North America on choosing kindness, compassion, and purpose.

Christopher Frierson serves as Chief Experience Officer at Atlas Real Estate Group, where he architects the culture and strategies that earn loyalty to the Atlas brand. His work centers on creating exceptional experiences that strengthen every relationship with Atlas from the people who build the company, to those who invest with it, live in its homes, or partner with it.

With more than two decades of leadership experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Christopher has devoted his career to organizations where purpose and performance go hand in hand, from military service, to guiding individuals to discover their purpose, to helping families build wealth through real estate.

Christopher is recognized for integrating culture, leadership, brand, and technology into a unified experience strategy that earns lasting loyalty. During his tenure, Atlas has earned multiple Denver Business Journal Best Places to Work, Denver Post Top Workplaces, and ColoradoBiz Best of Colorado Property Management honors.

Kathleen Danilchick serves as CFO in Finance & Accounting at Atlas Real Estate Group, where she revamped and scaled the institutional finance function, building a platform for ongoing fund activity and integrating it into a cohesive finance and accounting group spanning property management, maintenance, brokerage, and institutional transactions. Kathleen was part of a cross-border Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds team behind a €1 billion Italian non-performing loan securitization, among the largest of its kind at the time and established the finance, asset management, fund administration, and compliance functions for two emerging investment funds: Lionstone Investments and Systima Capital Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, is a California CPA (inactive), and has structured fund tax vehicles across Japan, the UK, continental Europe, and the U.S. on investments ranging from $500,000 to the billions. Kathleen has spoken on panels at IMN CFO/COO events and AppFolio’s annual Future conference, and is a member of AppFolio’s FUTUREist Committee.
