Andrew Kwiat

Andrew Kwiat serves as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Atlas Real Estate Group, where he leads the financial strategy and accounting operations supporting the company’s growth and portfolio performance. A senior finance executive with 30 years of operational and financial management experience across commercial and residential real estate, Andrew joined Atlas in 2014 and built a high-performing accounting department with zero turnover in nearly two years. He also connected corporate operations with property management activity, dramatically improving financial reporting visibility across the organization. Previously, Andrew served as CFO of Rossen Associates, directing financial operations for 40+ real estate entities representing more than $300 million in assets. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
