Jake Rose

Jake Rose serves as Director of Operations at Atlas Home Services, where nearly five years across multiple roles and 19 years in construction and maintenance have shaped him into one of the most well-rounded operators in the industry.

Jake’s track record at Atlas speaks for itself. As Vendor Relations Manager, he built a new vendor management approach from the ground up that lifted service ratings to 4.3 stars while reducing invoice costs by an average of 15% directly increasing owner profitability. As Project Manager and later Field Construction Manager, he led inspection, estimating, and project management for a multi-million-dollar renovation program across Atlas’s Joint Venture portfolio in multiple markets.

Before Atlas, Jake ran his own home inspection company and, before that, his own construction business. That range gives him something rare: a wide-angle view on problems that most people only see from one side. He understands what a project looks like from the field, from the office, and from the owner’s perspective and that makes all the difference when things get complicated.
