Rebecca Slaughter
Rebecca Slaughter serves as GM of 3rd Party Property Management at Atlas Real Estate Group. She has built a reputation for taking on distressed communities and leading teams through successful operational turnarounds, and contributed operational due diligence, market research, and financial analysis to the deployment of $60 million in real estate acquisitions. Rebecca was recognized in the Colorado Springs Independent’s “40 Under 40” at age 25. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Clinical Psychology, began her career as an owner/operator and employing broker of a multifamily brokerage and property management company, and joined Atlas in 2013. Her outcome-driven, servant-leadership approach empowers teams to grow through structure and accountability. Rebecca is a frequent panelist at the AACS/NAA investment conference.
