Roberto Martinez serves as Vice President of Atlas Home Services, where he has built one of the most operationally sophisticated maintenance and construction divisions in the property management industry.

Roberto’s career spans the full real estate life cycle. From acquisition and due diligence through renovation, stabilization, and ongoing operations, he has developed a track record of leading at every phase with both strategic vision and hands-on execution. His work repositioning large multifamily assets at scale required coordinating ownership, construction, and management teams to deploy significant capital while protecting asset performance throughout the process.

Perhaps his most defining achievement has been architecting Atlas Home Services from the ground up. From vendor operations and pricing strategy, to staffing infrastructure and onboarding playbooks, Roberto built the systems, processes, and team structure that transformed AHS into a high-performing division that meaningfully serves owners, residents, and property managers across nine states.
