Seth Johnson serves as Director of Growth at Atlas Real Estate Group, where he helped open multiple new markets, onboarded more than 2,000 units under management, and built the business development infrastructure and sourcing systems that enable systematic deal flow across Atlas’s nine-state footprint. Seth combines hands-on deal expertise in market expansion, PMA structuring, and receivership work with technical skill in proprietary analytics, including proformas, dashboards, and automation, bringing a disciplined, metrics-driven approach to growth operations.
