We take the health and safety of our residents and our team members very seriously.  In light of the spread of the coronavirus in Colorado we are asking you to take the following steps:

• Please make your rent payment through the resident portal online.  If you are not yet set up to do so, please contact your property manager.
• If you’re unable to use the online portal, please leave your rent payment in the drop-box conveniently located on the outside wall of our offices in Denver and Colorado Springs. 
• Please note all free public education events hosted by Atlas have been postponed until further notice

The Centers for Disease Control have set up a website to help educate the public on ways to protect themselves.  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

If you are struggling with food insecurity, many Colorado schools are offering meals for children. Scholastic is also releasing free daily courses for children at home due to school closures.
