What is the Uplift program?

Atlas’ Uplift program provides resources and a clear pathway to help renters achieve the dream of homeownership. We know that coming up with a down payment is one of the biggest barriers to buying a home, so we created the Uplift program with this in mind. The program provides valuable benefits that will help renters save for a down payment, pay less in interest and navigate the homebuying process with ease.

How it Works

Sign a new lease at an Atlas co-owned single-family property. Click here to browse available properties.

Move into your new home and opt into the Uplift program with no obligation or penalties if milestones aren’t met.

Rent your property for 48 consecutive months.
