Atlas Real Estate Hires Vincent Deorio as Vice President of Corporate Development

DENVER, Dec. 8, 2020 — Atlas Real Estate, a full-service real estate company specializing in investment brokerage, property management and institutional acquisition, welcomes Vincent Deorio as Vice President of Corporate Development.

Deorio joins the Atlas team to fuel the continued growth of the company. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and development, market expansion and fundraising, with a proven track record in leading the growth of firms backed by both private equity and venture capital. He has deployed in excess of $1b across multiple markets and asset classes, for both institutional and private capital partners.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to lead the growth of an exciting organization,” said Deorio. “I’m incredibly honored to join the team at Atlas and to drive the expansion of both our institutional single-family rental acquisition and property management business lines.”

Deorio is a resourceful and talented real estate professional. Prior to Atlas, Deorio held the role of Vice President of Corporate Development at Mynd Property Management in Oakland, California. In that role, he led all M&A activity, successfully closing 18 acquisitions in 16 markets and accelerating the company from 400 units under management to approximately 10,000 units, with over $92.5M in funding and 375 team members. Deorio played an integral role in helping Mynd achieve the 2020 San Francisco Business Times fastest-growing private company award.

DENVER, Oct. 13, 2020 – Atlas Real Estate, a full-service real estate company specializing in investment brokerage, property management and institutional acquisition, has been named a Fast 50 honoree by Denver Business Journal.

The Fast 50 Awards is an annual ranking by Denver Business Journal, recognizing privately held companies based on their percentage of growth in annual revenue for the past three fiscal years and celebrating the region’s innovators and entrepreneurs.

“We have seen remarkable growth at Atlas over the past several years and intend to sustain that growth trajectory in the future despite being in the midst of a global pandemic,” said Tony Julianelle, CEO of Atlas Real Estate. “I’m grateful to work with such an amazing team of people who have risen to the challenge and continually push the envelope on our business.”

Atlas Real Estate has grown tremendously since the company was founded in 2013. Colorado Companies to Watch (CCTW), presented by Bank of America, announced the finalists of its 2020 Colorado Companies to Watch Awards. This is the twelfth year CCTW has presented the annual award, a unique program that honors 50 high-performing, second-stage companies from across the state. Founded in 2009, CCTW recognizes the contribution high-growth small businesses make in Colorado’s economy through job creation, revenue generation, innovative products and services and philanthropic efforts.

“This year more than ever, we need leadership, innovation, motivation and inspiration as we navigate these unprecedented times. This honor comes as part of the fifth annual Best of Colorado Business Choice Awards. Among 70 categories, readers voted for their top Colorado businesses, including real estate, an influential segment in Colorado’s booming economy and infrastructure.

Atlas Real Estate owns and manages property; it also helps other property owners save for retirement. “By helping people understand investment real estate as an asset class, we can show them how to build wealth over time,” President Tony Julianelle says.
