Christopher Frierson is Atlas Real Estate’s Vice President of Talent & Culture, having joined Atlas in the fall of 2021. He was formerly a leader in non-profit, private and government sectors where he developed and aligned talent and culture in world-class organizations. Christopher’s dedication to achieving high growth objectives, coupled with his strategic mindset and business acumen, have positioned him as a go-to leader for team members companywide. Further, he has contributed to the success of both business and talent acquisitions.
Christopher’s diverse work background included stabilizing and increasing a local non-profit’s impact during COVID, freelancing as a consultant and coach, deploying for Operation Iraqi Freedom, establishing an urban leadership center, readying social justice activists, and founding a rental property business. He holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Management in Human Resources.
